Don't forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire before August 2025 as you will not be permitted to travel with 6 months remaining of an expiration date. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

All are welcome to stay at the resort with you but PLEASE only those listed on the invite are welcome to attend the wedding events. Please do not bring children, plus-ones, or anyone not named on the invitation to the wedding events without speaking with us prior as we have a limited amount of spaces.

DO I NEED TO STAY AT THE RESORT?

Answer

While we understand Los Cabos has several beautiful options, we are confident we chose a beautiful location that you will enjoy. We have negotiated a special group rate and room block at the resort to ensure there are enough rooms for everyone. This 5-star resort is all-inclusive and guests will have access to all resort restaurants, bars, pools, 24 hour room service, as well as the amenities of all sister resorts. Due to the resort being secured and not open to the public, those who do not have room reservations at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach are not allowed on the premises. As such, we are asking all guests to kindly stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach.

What is the timeline for booking the hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking your room and RSVP'ing as soon as you know you'll be joining us, but no later than November 1, 2025 using the booking link in the TRAVEL tab. There are a set amount of rooms reserved for our guests at a discounted rate. There are also other weddings and guests at the resort so book early to get your desired room type and dates.

What day should I plan to arrive?

Answer

The date of arrival is totally up to you! We will be hosting a welcome party at 6pm the Thursday night before on Thursday, March 19th and a Rehearsal Dinner Boat Cruise on Friday, March 20th. Both are completely optional! If planning to attend, we would recommend coming in some time Thursday, March 19th. This would allow you to enjoy the resort before the welcome party and rehearsal dinner and be settled in for wedding day. However, we do have our room block from March 14th - March 27th, so feel free to come early or stay longer and enjoy your time in Cabo!!
