Can we bring our kiddos?

Answer

As much as we love all the tiny humans in our lives, we want you to enjoy a kid free night! Use this as an opportunity to take a date night with you and your significant other!

The Bar Sitch!

Answer

We will be having a cash bar opening during our cocktail hour, and reception. There will be beer and wine available as well as 4 signature drinks. We know that our guests love to have a great time and create memories, this choice was made by the Bride and Groom to offer a few of our favorite drinks along with beer and wine. Please NO OUTSIDE ALCHOL TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE. This is a rule of our venue and appreciate your understanding.

Unplugged ceremony

Answer

We will have our professional photographers and videographers capturing every moment of our ceremony and respectfully, we don't want to see your iPhone, android and cameras in our shots. Let's leave the photography to the professionals and take this time to relax and soak in the ceremony.

Dress Code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Please no white/cream/ pastel pinks or anything that would photograph as white. Our colors are emerald green, gold and burnt orange.

Where are we sleeping?? Hotels!

We have 3 hotel blocks please look under the "Travel" tab on our website to view all the hotel block information!

Shuttles to and from the hotel

Answer

We have arranged to have two shuttle busses to bring guests to and from the Hotel concord and the Courtyard to the Barn at Bull Meadow where we will be getting married. This is optional for all guests who are staying in the hotels. If you are driving there is plenty of parking!
