What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

"Be on Time for the Big Moment!" "To ensure everyone is settled and ready, we ask that all guests arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the ceremony starts at 4:30PM."

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

On-Site Parking: There is ample parking available at the venue. Please follow the signs directing you to the designated parking area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

"We regret that shuttle service will not be available for the ceremony. We recommend arranging your own transportation to and from the venue." "For your convenience, we’ve listed a few recommended hotels that are about 20 minutes from the ceremony/reception venue." 1.)TownPlace Suites Clinton -9.9 miles (approximately 20 mins) away from venue. 2.) Courtyard by Marriott Lebanon- 14 miles (approximately 20 mins )away from venue.

Are kids welcome?

"For the comfort of all guests, we respectfully ask that the event be adults-only, with the exception of immediate family children." Thank you for being part of our celebration!

For the Ladies:What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

We recommend shoes that are comfortable and garden-friendly. Think block heels, wedges, flats, or dressy sandals. The ceremony and parts of the reception will take place on grass, so stiletto heels may sink into the ground.
