FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Something nice but formal/cocktail is not necessary! Cowboy boots encouraged, as majority of the wedding party will be wearing them! Please no burgundy or white as these are the colors of the bridal party and bride's gown. The ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be covered outdoors

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm so we kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to assure that you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, say hello to other guests, and find your seat. If the ceremony has already started, we kindly ask that you wait in the foyer until the entrances have concluded. Thanks!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony, as there is a paid photographer and we would like the ceremony to remain "unplugged". Once the ceremony has finished, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only kids that are a part of the wedding party and immediate family will be invited. Invitations will also be specific with names of who is invited to the events.

Question

What is the food situation?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by Maiz Cantina in Ypsilanti, which will include a taco bar for dinner. There will be chips and salsa, and elote pasta salad for appetizers. The downstairs bar will be an open bar. The upstairs bar will be open to the public, and guests are welcome to purchase liquor from upstairs. There will also be dessert after dinner.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and please fill out the RSVP to let us know you are unable to attend. Thank You!
