When is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP by Friday, May 14th, 2021 at the latest.

Where should guests park?

Answer

The Astorian is valet only. All valet costs will be covered. Please either valet your vehicle or utilize a ride-share service if you plan to drink at the event.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire is black-tie optional. Tuxes and gowns are welcomed, but not required. Additionally, suits and cocktail dresses are also suitable.

Is the wedding adults only?

Answer

If your wedding invitation specifies that your child is invited, please feel free to bring them.

What food and desserts will be served?

Answer

We are not having a sit down dinner. Instead we will have various food stations throughout the venue. Our hope is that our guests can grab enough delicious food to fill them up while also spending most of their time mingling or on the dance floor. And of course there will be wedding cake!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, The Astorian has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you will need additional accommodations in regard to seating during the ceremony and reception.

Any special requests?

Answer

We have hired a very talented photographer and videographer, as well a photo-booth to capture our special day. That being said, we request that no phones or cameras are used during the ceremony and minimally used during the reception. We want our guests to enjoy the moments of the day with us and we are excited to share our wonderful photos with everyone when we receive them.
