Question

Can I bring a date/ plus one or kids?

Answer

Due to limited numbers we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one or additional guests, it will be listed on your invite by name. Additionally, all invited guests will be listed by name within the RSVP section of this website. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We have King and Double Queen rooms blocked off at the following location: SpringHill Inn and Suites Potomac Mills, Woodbridge VA. We have researched local hotels in-depth and have determined this to be the best quality for the price. Breakfast and Parking are both included in the price which is difficult to find in the DMV area. We recommend booking through the hotel block as we plan to have a Wedding Welcome event for family & friends at this hotel the night before the wedding. More information can be found in the 'Travel' tab.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Please locate the 'Travel' tab on our website for more information on local airports. DCA (Ronald Reagan Washington Airport) is the closest airport to the venue and hotel block (about 25 minutes).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wedding: The dress code for our wedding is spring semi-formal/cocktail attire. Clothing items typically include suit and tie, dress shirt and slacks, tea length or floor length dresses, pant suits. We encourage all of our guests to look and feel their best. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans, casual clothes, and colors typically reserved for the bride such as whites, ivories, and creams. Welcome Party: Dress for this is dressy casual/business casual. This includes clothing choices such as: Polos, Sundresses, Collared shirts, Skirts, Khaki pants, Sport Coats, Dressy Sandals, Blouses etc.

Where can I park?

Answer

The venue has 75 designated paved parking spots including handicap-accessible options and an overflow lot if needed. There should be no worries when it comes to securing a space.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors, please plan accordingly. A backup indoor space is reserved if inclement weather occurs. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor and the reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm, please arrive between 4:30pm and 4:45pm to find a seat and get settled in before the ceremony.

Will transportation be provided to the venue from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We want everyone to arrive safe and sound and have a plan to get back to wherever they are staying. We will be providing an Uber Voucher at the Welcome Party, which can be used from 2:30 pm May 2nd until Midnight May 3rd. They can be utilized within a 10-mile radius of the Venue to and from.
