After first bonding over our similar career fields, we quickly realized our paths had crossed many times over the years without us even knowing it. On September 24, 2024, we went on our first date, which included a failed attempt at trivia and the realization that we were comfortable enough to laugh at just how terrible each other’s answers were. After that first date, our connection continued to grow as we found ourselves constantly making time for long phone calls and planning as many dates as possible, even when our schedules only allowed for one day together. On October 19, 2024, our love reached new heights when we officially began our relationship at the Hot Air Balloon Festival. Over the next year and a half, our story continued through countless “firsts” together — exploring new cities, attending concerts and sporting events, and creating memories through every adventure along the way. With each experience, our love only grew stronger, leading us to one of the most special moments of our journey: our engagement on March 21, 2026.
