Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is completed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal Cocktail Attire, meaning women should be in midi to floor length dresses and men should wear a suit. We would love for you to follow our wedding summer colors & show off your personality with florals and prints! Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults only occasion.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the hotel, The Hampton Inn, to the venue before the ceremony. The shuttle will be leaving at 3:45 pm from The Hampton Inn. It will be provided back to the hotel after the reception around 9:30 pm. You are allowed to leave your car at the venue it must be picked up by 9:00 am on Saturday morning.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you are not taking a shuttle back to the hotel, please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We would love for you to contribute to our Honeymoon Fund! Please see "registry" tab for the fund and other registry items.

Are you having a welcome party?

Answer

We will be having an intimate dinner with our families and wedding party the night before. If you are to attend the dinner you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP. After the dinner, anyone who would like to join is invited to The Rocky Mount Mills for drinks and socializing.
