Shuttle Pickup at Rio Preto Airport

We plan to have a shuttle service that will take guests from the Rio Preto Airport to the Ibis Hotel in Catanduva on July 4th around 9 am. If you cannot make it in time, please see the travel section for how to get to Catanduva.

Bring your appetites! This is an all you can eat experience (rodízio)! If you don't want to stuff yourself, you can order off of the menu instead. There are vegetarian options.

Churrascos are all about relaxing and enjoying being with each other. Wear what you feel comfortable in - Havaianas encouraged!
We plan to have a true Brazilian bbq to kick off our wedding celebrations! There will be meat and non-meat options, but please let us know if you have any other dietary restrictions below. Location to update as the date gets closer.

Bus Pickup from Ibis
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
There will be a bus/ shuttle pickup at Ibis Hotel for all wedding guests leaving between 4:30 and 5 pm. Last pickup is at 5, so don't be late!
Our Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony will be in a Church - we recommend a party dress (not floral or a sun dress)/ slacks and a dress shirt and nice shoes Please no shorts, flip flops, or t shirts.
It will take about a half hour from the Church to the reception and we plan to have shuttles available for those without cars.
Our Wedding Reception

You can wear what you wear to the Wedding Ceremony. Feel free to bring a change of shoes/ flip flops to make sure you are comfortable and ready to dance!
Eat, drink, dance, and sing to your heart's content to help us celebrate our wedding! Food and drinks will be served for the duration of the ceremony. Brazilian parties are famous for never setting an end time so keep going for as long as you want to! We have shuttles waiting for you to throughout the night to make sure that everyone gets back safely. The shuttles will only take off when they are full, but if you'd like to go sooner, you can always grab an uber or have the venue call a cab for you.
