Since this is an international wedding, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the first week of April at the latest. Final numbers are very important for planning, so please RSVP as soon as possible.
When you RSVP, you’ll be able to enter your name and see whether a plus one has been assigned to you. If so, you’ll be able to RSVP for both.
We recommend arriving on Thursday if possible to rest and adjust. If not, arriving Friday morning will allow you to join us for the welcome party.
The welcome party is meant to welcome friends and family traveling from abroad and give everyone a chance to meet before the big day. Some of our close Peruvian friends will also be joining.
The ceremony begins at 12:30 PM. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early and be on time.
Yes. A shuttle bus will be provided to take guests to the venue. It will depart from Miraflores, one of the neighborhoods we recommend staying in. The bus will leave promptly at 11:30 AM. We’ll share the exact pickup location in the Facebook group soon.
Yes. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same venue: Casa Los Rosales.
This is a Black Tie wedding. Ladies, long formal gowns with a pop of color (no short dresses). Gentlemen, black suits or tuxedos. In Latin America, we love to dress up — and if you know me, you know we mean it.
June is winter in Peru, but the venue is close to the mountains, making it warmer than the city. Expect sunny days and cooler but comfortable evenings, similar to a Florida winter. The event will be outdoors.
The celebration will go until approximately 1:00 AM. There will be no shuttle back, so guests are free to leave whenever they wish. Uber is widely available in Peru, and we’ve included a trusted taxi contact in the Travel & Recommendations section.
The Facebook group link is included in your invitation. Simply click the link and we’ll approve you. It’s a space to ask questions, coordinate plans, connect with other guests, and share recommendations. We’ll also be posting a Peru travel guide there.
