Ceremony Rehearsal

This event is Semi-Formal
We will have a ceremony rehearsal with the wedding party an hour before the rehearsal dinner. I will message those involved separately with details and location closer to the day! Please keep in mind that we will be going straight to dinner, so there will be no time to change after rehearsing. Thank you!:)
Rehearsal Dinner
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
This event is Semi-Formal
There will be a rehearsal dinner with the wedding party, as well as the parents and grandparents of the bride and groom only. We wish we could include everyone, but due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate this group as we prepare for the big day. Thank you for your understanding!

Wedding Ceremony

This event is Spring Formal
This is the big day! Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. As the resort maintains a strict schedule, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time to find your seats and get settled comfortably. We are so grateful to celebrate this special day with you and feel truly blessed to have you there.
Wedding Couple and Family Photographs
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Following the ceremony, guests will have an hour to rest and recharge before the rest of the celebrations. During this time, the wedding party and the bride and groom’s immediate family will remain for photos with the professional photographer. We kindly ask that only those included stay for this portion, as we are working within a limited timeframe. We look forward to spending time with everyone and capturing more moments together during the cocktail hour. Thank you for your understanding!
Cocktail Hour!
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
This event is Spring-Formal
The celebrations begin! Cocktail hour will be held at the Poseidon Venue promptly at 7:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as we look forward to greeting you for the first time as newlyweds! Enjoy a selection of cocktails, light bites, and music by our DJ as we begin the evening's festivities.
Reception
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
This event is Spring-Formal
The celebration continues! The reception will begin at 8:00 PM at the Poseidon Venue, so no relocation is needed. Please find your seats according to the seating chart and get comfortable as we begin the evening with our grand entrance, first dances, heartfelt speeches, and dinner. As the night unfolds, get ready to celebrate and dance the night away! A 360 video booth with unlimited videos will be available once the dance floor opens for all, so don't forget to capture the fun! To end the night, we'll be celebrating with a special Peruvian tradition, Hora Loca! Get ready for high-energy music, surprises, and an unforgettable final hour on the dance floor!

The celebration may be over, but the fun continues! Take this day to relax, explore, and fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. Spend time soaking up the sun at the beach or lounging by the pools! We also encourage you to make the most of the Grand Palladium app to discover daily activities, shows, and dining options throughout the property. As the resort is quite large, we recommend using the gold carts available to get around comfortably. We'll also stay connected through our wedding WhatsApp group for any updates or plans throughout the day. We're so grateful you're here celebrating with us!
