If you are not within driving distance of the venue, we recommend flying into Albany International Airport and then renting a car. It's the closest airport to the venue (1hr 30min drive). Another option is Newark Liberty International Airport if you want a direct flight and more flight time options. The other NYC airports are a similar distance also, but this is the easiest one to get to from the venue (3hr drive depending on traffic).
We recommend booking an Airbnb in Oneonta, which is about 10 - 20 minutes from the venue. Hotel prices are very inflated in the summer due to the proximity to Cooperstown (baseball hall of fame). Oneonta offers the most activities and restaurants nearby. It is also easy to get an Uber from here to the venue.
