What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We invite all guests to attend our Champagne Welcome that begins at 5:30pm, but please do not arrive any later than 5:50 to allow for time to walk to the ceremony location and find a seat. We recommend you give yourself at least 30-35 minutes to get to the venue from your hotels.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing transportation back to the Hyatt Centric French Quarter, but guests will need to call Ubers/Lyfts or arrange a ride to the wedding at the Audubon Tea Room

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party- Cocktail attire Wedding- Black Tie Optional (floor-length dresses for the ladies, Tuxedo or dark-colored suit for the gentleman) We ask guests to refrain from wearing Jeans at either event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot available with free parking for any guests who want to drive to the Audubon Tea Room. Cars can be left overnight.

All guests invited (including any +1s) will be on the formal invitation and stated online as you RSVP.

We are only having our Flower Girls and Ring Bearers present for this celebration. Thank you for making arrangements and understanding in advance!
