We highly recommend arranging transportation or planning your drive in advance. Our venue is located just off a major highway, and since we’re celebrating on a Friday, traffic can get heavy, especially during the late afternoon. Please plan to leave early enough to allow for any unexpected delays. We want everyone to arrive safely, stress-free, and ready to party!
Ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm. We recommend planning to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, seating, and getting settled before the celebration begins.
We completely understand, and you will be missed! If you’re unable to join us, please let us know as soon as possible by selecting “Not Attending” when you RSVP, so we can plan accordingly. Thank you so much for your love and support!
Kiddos are added under your RSVP. If they are coming as well please include them! Our only request is that if your child becomes upset or begins to cry during the ceremony, please step into the reception hall to help them settle. Thank you so much for your understanding and support — we can’t wait to celebrate with the whole family!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on our wedding invitations. If you have a plus-one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you so much for your understanding!
We love that you want to capture our special day! During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you put your phones away and silence them to help us keep the moment intimate and distraction-free. We have a wonderful professional photography team who will capture all the special memories, and we’ll be sure to share the photos with everyone afterward. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like! Plus, a Photo Booth will be available during the reception for even more fun snapshots!
We’re still finalizing the menu, but we’re planning a buffet-style dinner to keep things delicious and flexible for everyone. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know during the RSVP process so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
