Short answer? One of the brides is pretty allergic to alcohol. But Madison is full of plenty of great bars for folks who want to grab a drink before or after the festivities! Check out King Street nearby for our best offerings. Public Parking not far from our house just won an award for being one of the best new bars in the country! In the meantime, enjoy the coffeeshop hour and the dozens of great non-alcoholic options. We've always been caffeine people!
Cocktail or Semi-Formal dress are both totally okay (you can find more info on those here: https://www.brides.com/story/wedding-dress-code-explained#toc-semi-formal-or-dressy-casual). April in Madison can be chilly, so make sure you're dressing for the weather! We will be inside.
