FAQs

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Rob and I are big fans of live music so in those terms: doors at 4:30, show at 5:00 😊

Question

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

We are getting this party started promptly at 5:00! (OK, maybe 5:05…) This will be a very short ceremony, so don’t be late or you might miss the whole thing!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or cocktail attire suggested, like suits and gowns or cocktail dresses. And don’t forget your dancing shoes!

Question

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

Saint Elle has limited parking so please consider using rideshare or the provided shuttle. For those staying downtown, there should be plenty of Lyft or Uber options. The two shuttle trolleys will pickup at Cambria Midtown at 4:00 pm, Hyatt Downtown at 4:15 pm, and arrive at the venue at 4:30 pm. Shuttles back to the hotel will depart Saint Elle at 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Wedding reception ends at 10:00 pm (but we hope you'll join us for the after party!)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have room blocks at Hyatt Place, Cambria Midtown, and Placemkr Wedgewood-Houston. See the Travel tab for more information. There are more than 40 hotels within a few blocks of Broadway, so if you have loyalty points or a favorite chain, there are plenty of options that will keep you close to the fun of Broadway as well as the venue! Check out https://www.visitmusiccity.com/plan-a-trip-to-nashville/places-to-stay for specifics on hotels.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please send your responses by January 2, 2025.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include allergy (dairy free, gluten free, etc.) when you RSVP.

Question

Are there any other events that weekend?

Answer

Yes! We look forward to kicking off the weekend with you at Acme Feed and Seed (101 Broadway) on Friday night from 6:00-9:00 pm. We’ll also keep the party rolling on Saturday night after the wedding at Bastion in the nearby WeHo neighborhood. And hopefully we can all muster the energy to make it to brunch on Sunday from 11:30 am- 2:30 pm at Martin's BBQ on 4th Ave! Check the Schedule section for more information.
