The Reston Town Center is a great place to do some shopping. There are several restaurants and bars. Reston Town Center is located approximately 2 miles from the Springhill Suites in Herndon and 12 miles away from the Home2 Suites in Chantilly
One Loudoun
One Loudoun is a great place to shop. There are several restaurants and bars. The Alamo is a fun place to see a movie and have lunch or dinner at the same time. For those staying at the Chantilly hotel. One Loudoun is a 12 mile drive. For those staying in Herndon, One Loudoun is a 10 mile drive (may have tolls)
Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center
This is one of the many Smithsonian Museums. Admission is free. Home to the large aircrafts and space shuttle in history

Tyson's Corner is a big and very inclusive mall to meet the need of any shopper!
Union Station - Monument tours
There are a lot of options for monument tours in DC. Our favorite is the Monuments by Moonlight, but there are plenty of other choices. Most tours start at Union Station in DC. The metro is a great option for travel. The Reston Station (silver line) is now open and can be a great starting point. This would be the best station if you are staying in Herndon or Chantilly.
Stone Tower Winery
Want to check out more of Virginia wineries? Stone Tower is a beautiful place to visit and relax. Stone Tower is x miles from the wedding venue. It is 24 miles from the Herndon hotel and 15 miles from the Chantilly hotel
Dirt Farm Brewing
Dirt Farm Brewery is next store to the wedding venue. They have a number of good craft beer with a fun atmosphere. If hard cider is your thing, there is a cidery immediately across the road from Bluemont Vineyard.
Sunset Hills Vineyard LLC
This is a beautiful vineyard in Purcellville. Their red wine is good, but this is the place to go for a great white wine! It is 14 miles from this vineyard to the wedding venue. It is 30 miles from the Herndon hotel and 27 miles from the Chantilly hotel.
