Our countdown is on!

In August of 2020, Abby made her move back to VA from NY & started picking up shifts at Sentara VA Beach General Hospital. In fall of 2020, Abby & Matt met for the first time while Matt was giving in-services at the hospital. It wasn’t until May 22, 2021 that they went on their first date, after Matt went through the ICU secretary to acquire more intimate details on Abby…& to see if she was single. Since then, Abby weighed out her career path in NY vs. her personal agenda, & decided to keep her feet planted in Virginia Beach where most of her family now resides, & to see where things would go with Matt. On April 6th, 2022, Matt proposed to Abby while exploring a small private beach in Hawaii. Since then, they have been traveling around while making time for work, family, & close friends. It is now their time to start planning for the day they say “I do”, & they very much hope that those invited will be able to join them in celebration.
