Be sure to download the Hyatt Inclusive Collection App in your app store and search Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa. The app allows you to view accommodations, restaurants & bars, as well as the hotel map. It is a great way to order room service, book spa treatments, explore the daily activities, and get further information about tours and excursions. Click the link below to download.

Travel Documents
Final travel documents from the travel agent will arrive about 10 days prior to departure. Included will be info about your booking, transfers, visiTAX to pay at departure, and the MPC app for ease with customs on your return. Travel docs will come in an email and you have the choice to download them in an app or print them out. Please be on the look out as they may go to junkmail. If you do not have them by July 21st, please follow up by emailing Christina@vincentvacations.com

Customs & Immigration Tips
Mexico no long requires paperwork to be completed prior to arrival. All information can be provided at the airport using digital kiosks. If traveling with children, you may need to wait in the line with airport personnel. When returning home to the United States, it is highly recommended to download the Mobile Passport Control App on your phone. This app is very user friendly and will help ease the experience through customs. Click the link below to learn more.

If you booked with our travel agent, please provide her with your flight information to ensure transportation is arranged to and from the airport. If you booked on your own, it is HIGHLY recommended to pre-arrange transportation prior to your arrival.
