Shibuya
Hands down our favorite sushi restaurant in LA. Shibuya always has a long wait and is a small restaurant that really is only good for groups of 4 or fewer. We recommend getting there half an hour before opening to put your name down and avoid long lines. Our go-to order: spicy tuna on rice cake, Shibuya house roll, albacore with crispy onions, and stuffed squid.
Dan's Super Subs
Our favorite sandwich spot in the Valley. Parking is extremely tricky here, so try to park at a meter on the street.
Topanga Village
The Village at Westfield Topanga is an outdoor mall with plenty of restaurant options. It's a nice place to walk around and spend time.
Malibu Creek State Park
We love coming here for a short and easy hike. There is also a water pool that we used to frequent and swim in (when the weather was warm enough!). We also took our engagement photos here.
Zuma Beach
Classic SoCal beach. We've spent many summers coming here and enjoying the sunshine! You can park in the beach parking lot or along the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).
Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill
Wood Ranch is a great restaurant for lunch and dinner conveniently located near the recommended hotels and the wedding venue.
