FAQs

Here are some questions we think all guests will be asking. If there is any addition question please message Lisa, (949) 375-2154
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We are asking all guests to RSVP online through our Zola wedding website. Simply scan the QR code on your paper invitation, and it will take you directly to the RSVP page. Prefer to type it in? You can also RSVP by visiting the RSVP page on the website. Please RSVP by March 9th, 2026 so we can reserve you seat for each wedding event.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space and travel considerations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you in France!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we've chosen to make this a child-free celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy our wedding events in France. Thank you for making arrangements to join us.

Question

How do I get there from the airport

Answer

The easiest way to travel to the venue is to take the bus from Nice. Upon arrival at Nice Airport, you can take Bus Number 90 from Terminal 2. This is a 1-hour bus ride operating every 2-4 hours to Gare Routiere in Fréjus. From there, you can transfer to a local bus (line 11 or 04) for a 13-minute ride, costing approximately $3, to Le Belvédère in Puget-sur-Argens, France.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving in France no later than Sunday, September 6th, 2026, to give yourself time to settle in, adjust to the time change, and join us for all of the festivities. Our first wedding week event is the Welcome Soiree on Monday, September 7th, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Chateau de Vaucouleurs. Arriving a day early also helps avoid travel delays and ensures you can relax before the celebrations begin!

Question

Where do I stay or is there designated lodging/room block?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we’ve provided a list of nearby accommodation options for your convenience (this can be found under the travel tab). Please note that many have a limited number of rooms available, so we recommend booking early to ensure your stay.

Question

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

Chateau de Vaucouleurs 380 Route de Vaucouleurs 83480 Puget-sur-Argens, France We'll provide detailed driving directions, airport information, transfer tips, and parking information on our Travel page to make your arrival as smooth as possible.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We’ve planned four days of celebration, each with its own style: Welcome Soirée – Monday, Sept 7 Dressy Casual – Women: Stylish sundresses, skirts with a blouse, or tailored pants with a nice top. Men: Dress pants or slacks with a polo, no ties needed Wedding Day – Wednesday, Sept 9 Elegant Formal – Floor-length or ankle-length gowns for women; black tuxedo or dark formal suit with tie or bow tie for men. (No bright reds, whites, or ivories.) After Party BBQ & Pool Party – Thursday, Sept 10 Elegant Swim & Lounge Wear – Chic swimsuits with stylish cover-ups or resort wear. Men: tailored swim shorts with a linen shirt or resort wear. Colors: Please see our “Dress Code” page for suggested color palette and inspiration.

Question

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Yes! To keep our photos beautiful and cohesive, we kindly ask that guests wear colors from our wedding palette. Suggested Colors: Taupe, soft sage, olive green, deep moss green, warm chocolate, pale blush pink, dusty rose, muted mauve, deep burgundy red, and dark merlot. Please Avoid: Bright reds, pure white, or ivory. Style: Choose attire that matches the dress code for each event — from dressy casual to elegant formal — and feel free to add your own personality within the palette. See our Dress Code Page for visual inspiration and ideas for each wedding event. Absolutely no color that could resemble white, ivory, or cream should be worn.

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Early September in Provence (Puget-sur-Argens, France) is warm, sunny, and pleasant. Typical Daytime Highs: 75–82°F (24–28°C) Evening Lows: 60–65°F (15–18°C) Rain is uncommon but possible, so a light wrap or jacket for evenings is recommended. The sun is strong, so sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats are a good idea for daytime events like our BBQ pool party.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving wine, beer, champagne, and signature cocktails throughout our wedding events. For the Welcome Soirée, Wedding Day, and BBQ Pool Party, the bar will be open — so raise a glass and celebrate with us!

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! But if you wish to honor us with something more, here are the options: Physical Gifts: Please send directly to our home in California, as we will not be able to transport items from France: 229 Orchid Ave Corona del Mar, CA 92626 Monetary Gifts: Contributions to our honeymoon fund are deeply appreciated and can be made through our Zola registry. Gift Cards: Zola gift cards are also welcome and can be sent digitally. Thank you for your generosity and for celebrating this special time with us!

Question

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM to get settled before the ceremony begins. Our celebration will start at 6:00 PM, followed by cocktails and appetizers while we take photos. Dinner and toasts will follow in the evening, and then we’ll cut the cake, share our first dance, and open up the dance floor for the party to begin!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We’d love for you to capture and share memories during most of our celebration — but we kindly ask that the ceremony be completely unplugged. During the ceremony, please turn off and put away all phones, cameras, and devices so everyone can be fully present with us. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every moment, and we promise to share those images with you. At all other wedding events — the Welcome Soirée, Reception Dinner, and BBQ Pool Party — feel free to take photos and videos, and don’t forget to tag us!

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We kindly request you to please send your photos to a shared photo album before posting to social media.
