Is there lodging onsite?

Answer

Yes! Jay has MANY options and you can pick what works best for you. We have a room block and there is a 20% discount. Your party can use this block discount for up to 3 days before the ceremony and 3 days after. There is no minimum night stay either! Please see the “Travel” tab for room block info.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. If you have a dates name on your card, they are invited to come with you. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your child(ren) so we can celebrate with you! There is limited space and budget, and we are very blessed to have MANY young people in our life! HOWEVER, Jay Peak Resort is very family friendly. If you choose to bring your child and make this a mini vacation we ask you find childcare to cover both the ceremony and reception.

Can I take photos/videos of the ceremony.

We request that all phones are silenced or shut off so we can all enjoy an unplugged ceremony. Please be in the moment with us. We have hired a wonderful photographer and all photos will be shared. Feel free to capture photos during the reception!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle bringing guests to and from the lodging on site. If you choose to not stay at Jay Peak there will be parking available at the resort and can take the shuttle as well. More information to come.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please plan accordingly. The shuttle information will be shared as soon as I have it. The parking area is right next to the ceremony site. Please do not drive yourselves. Official timeline to come
