FAQs

Question

Are you Registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered on Zola.com, or you can find our registry under the "Registry" tab at the top of our wedding website.

Question

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off, and because of Covid-19 capacity restrictions we have decided to keep it an adults-only affair (unless you have personally been notified otherwise).

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm, and guests are invited to arrive as early as 3:45pm.

Question

What Should I Wear? Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal / dressy casual. Ladies should wear a cocktail dress, or a dressy skirt and top. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, a sports coat, or a dressy shirt with slacks. June 28, 2021: We do understand that Oregon is going through a heatwave and encourage you to dress up, but in a comfortable way.

Question

What Will The Weather Be Like?

Answer

July in Oregon is a warm summer month with an average high around 80 degrees. Our ceremony will be outside under shaded trees with a reception that follows under an open-sided covered area. As the sun sets, the temperature will drop, so we suggest bringing a light jacket. June 28, 2021: The forecast is showing high-80s the day of the wedding.

Question

Where Should I Park? Is Parking Free?

Answer

Our venue has a large parking lot and backup lot with plenty of space to fit everyone's vehicles. Parking is free of charge and lot attendants will be assisting with parking. We have rented the venue until 11am on Sunday, so should you need to take an Uber or Lyft home, you are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight as long as you pick it up before 11 on Sunday morning.

Question

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

Due to Covid Restrictions, we are limiting our guest list to those listed on the invitation only. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only.

Question

Can I Post Pictures Of The Wedding On Social Media?

Answer

Absolutely! Please feel free to take and post as many photos as you'd like! Please use the hashtag #OneLessFishlerInTheSea so that we can keep track of all of your photos!

Question

What About Covid-19?

Answer

May 6, 2021: We are monitoring restrictions in place by the governor and updating this as the situation changes. We will be providing hand sanitizer throughout the wedding, and providing masks at the guestbook table for those that want them. Our wedding ceremony and reception are both outdoors. If you have any special requests that will help make your time with us more enjoyable, please reach out to us and make arrangements ahead of time. We want all of our friends and family to feel comfortable and enjoy our special night.
