Travel Note
There will be two shuttle pick ups from the hotels. The first shuttle will leave promptly at 3pm from the hotel parking lot. The second shuttle will leave promptly at 3:45pm from the hotel parking lot. Please plan accordingly, as there are limited amount of seats on each shuttle. The shuttle back to the hotel following the reception will be available starting at 8:30pm, with the last pick up being at 10:30pm.
