We have room blocks at the Marriott and Hilton in Troy and other recommendations under the 'Travel & Accommodations' tab - and we recommend booking ASAP! There are a lot of activities in Troy that weekend and hotels are filling up quickly. If a room block seems full, reach out to Emma or Jack and we will try to add more rooms to the block if possible :)
There's limited parking at M&D Farm. We will have shuttle buses picking up from the Marriott and Hilton hotels in Troy. If you plan to partake in the open bar, please plan on taking the shuttle :) For those not staying at the Marriott or Hilton, you can park at the Marriott to catch the shuttle.
The shuttles will arrive at 3:00pm and depart for M&D Farm no later than 3:15pm. If you're checking in to the hotel on Saturday, please call the hotel on Friday and ask about an early check in. We recommend that you arrive before check in time (which is 3pm), anticipating the hotels will accomodate.
The wedding will end at 10:30pm and shuttles will take guests back to Troy at that time. If you're hoping to leave before 10:30pm, we recommend driving (with a designated driver!). And for those who want to keep the party going past 10:30pm, the after party is at a bar called Ryan's Wake (walking distance from the Marriott).
Cocktail attire with a pop of a color, floral, or sparkle. For guys, suits, sport coats, and (fun) ties. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. We'll have a tent for dinner and dancing will be indoors. October in upstate New York can get chilly at night, so check the weather and plan to bring something warm just in case.
