Alex and Dave first met at a mutual friend's house party in college. It was your typical newfound-freedom gathering (wink wink), but Dave managed to catch a glimpse of Alex from across the room. It was then that he told his friend Max that he was going to marry the girl with butterflies on her pants. Alex did not have that same reaction to the skinny, blonde-haired, blue-eyed boy whose face you could barely see under his flat-brimmed Phish hat. But after months of friendship, they were annoying the hell out of each other (and Alex's roommate Alaine with their snoring). More than 10 years later, they're still together and, as many who know them can attest, bickering like they have been for the last decade. 

While we wanted each of you by our sides to celebrate this bickering-til-you're-red-in-the-face kind of love, we ultimately chose to elope in Italy due to the COVID pandemic. Please join us in April as we party like we just walked down the aisle!
