The ceremony will be outside on the lawn, and the reception will be held inside. Please check the weather as September temperatures in Indianapolis can vary greatly!
Friday night attire is casual - come as you are, ready to kick off our wedding weekend! Saturday attire is semi-formal for the wedding ceremony and reception. We suggest suits or coat and tie for men and midi or longer dresses (or whatever style you’re comfortable in of similar formality) for women.
For Friday, there are multiple parking lots and street parking near Pins. For Saturday, there is parking available at The Woodstock Club.
Thank you all for traveling from near and far for our wedding! For those flying to Indianapolis, the Indianapolis International Airport is the most convenient option. The airport is about a 15-minute drive to the hotel blocks downtown with Uber, Lyft, and rental cars available at the airport.
The Welcome Party is about a 10-minute drive from the hotel blocks. Uber, Lyft, or driving are all options as there are multiple parking lots. Pins is located on Mass Avenue, which is a great spot to grab dinner or drinks if you want to extend the evening! We will have a bus between The Westin and The Woodstock Club for guests to use for the ceremony and reception, a reservation at The Westin is not required to utilize the transportation. All of the hotel blocks are within a 7-minute walk of The Westin. If you are not staying at one of the hotel blocks, Uber, Lyft, or driving are also options.

Central Canal: a 3-mile promenade that is great for walking or running, or you can rent a pedal boat to take on the canal. The Cultural Trail: an 8-mile trail that runs through several neighborhoods in downtown Indy. The Monon Trail: a 27-mile trail that connects to the cultural trail downtown and runs north. Newfields: sitting on 152 acres, Newfields has the Indianapolis Museum of Art, Lilly House, a sculpture and nature park, and gardens designed by Olmsted Brothers to explore. Museums downtown: Children's Museum of Indianapolis, Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, NCAA Hall of Champions, Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library. Indianapolis Motor Speedway: home of the Indy 500 aka The Greatest Spectacle in Racing.
