Can I bring my kids?

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
When you complete your online RSVP, it will indicate whether a plus-one is included. If a guest’s name is listed on your RSVP, they’re invited—otherwise, we hope you’ll celebrate with us solo!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at the LakeHouse at 4:30pm so you can find your seat and settle in by 4:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by May 1, 2026 so we can give our final guest count to our vendors. Thank you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our celebration will be semi-formal. Men can wear a suit or dress shirt with slacks and a tie, while women might choose a midi dress, cocktail dress, jumpsuit, or an elevated skirt-and-top look - polished but not as dressy as evening gowns or tuxedos. If you would prefer to be more elevate than this, feel free!

What’s the parking situation?

There will be on-site parking. The parking lot for the LakeHouse is right in front of the venue.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The LakeHouse at Owl's Nest. 24 Lakeside Dr, Thornton, NH 03285

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, and we will move inside for the reception.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll pass your needs along to our chef. We’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so you can be present with us. Our photographer will capture everything!

Is there a farewell brunch on Sunday?

Nope! We decided to spare everyone the challenge of being presentable before noon. You're welcome. Also Tom likes to sleep in.

Can I smoke on the property during the wedding?

Smoking isn’t allowed at The LakeHouse venue, but for those who want to celebrate with style, cigars will be available at the after-party.
