There is a parking lot at ski hill but also Diamond Peak runs a free shuttle back and forth from Hyatt to the ski hill. It picks up at the Hotel about every 30 minutes from 8:30am to 1pm. We hope to be all set up out front of the main base lodge, on the ski hill. You won't be able to miss us! You do not have to ski but some of us will be... we have a photographer coming, so rock your fav ski gear/après ski clothes!
Welcome Reception is located in the Sierra Cafe, which is in the lobby of the Hyatt Hotel. We are calling the dress code, 'mountain chic' --save your dressy duds for Saturday. It will start at 7:30 and we hope you stop by for an drink!
The Church is about 10 minutes away but lets say 15 minutes with snow fall. We have two 48 passenger shuttles that will be picking up at the Hyatt valet beginning at 1pm. The ceremony will last about an hour. The same shuttles will pick you up after and take you to the reception at the Lakeside Ballroom at the Lone Eagle Grill. When the reception is over or you, the Hyatt Valet can bring a car to shuttle you back to the main hotel (walking in the snow/ice and dark could be dangerous) The idea is that you won't have to brave the elements at any point!
Please do NOT drive, there will be no street parking due to snow banks. We have the Hyatt Shuttle rented from 10:30am to 3pm. This shuttle only seats 10 and the house is 10-15 minutes away. The address is 525 Sugarpine Drive. Brunch will be casual, come on by for a Final-Final!
