What airport should we fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Puerto Aventuras is located about 1 hour and 10 minutes south of the airport, and it’s the most convenient option for travel logistics.

When should we arrive?

Answer

We recommend guests arrive on Thursday or Friday so you can settle in, explore Puerto Aventuras, and be ready for the weekend festivities. There will be a welcome party on Friday evening so we recommend early flights on Friday.

Are there hotel blocks reserved?

Answer

We are working on securing hotel room blocks for our guests, but nothing has been finalized yet. We will update the website with details as soon as block information becomes available. In the meantime, we recommend considering the hotels listed on this page for your stay. Many of them are nearby and great options for families, couples, or groups.

How do we get from the airport to Puerto Aventuras?

Answer

We are working on coordinating a group shuttle option to take guests from the airport in Cancun to Puerto Aventuras at specific times on the arrival dates. More detail to come. If you want to coordinate your own transportation we recommend scheduling a Private shuttle/ Van, Airport Taxi, or a rental car. Driving in this area is fairly easy and does not require additional licenses or additional knowledge.

What about food & drinks?

Answer

If you're staying at an all-inclusive resort, meals/drinks will be included in your package. For other hotel guests, there are plenty of great restaurants in Puerto Aventuras and Playa del Carmen ranging from casual to fine dining.
