Matt is the only friend I have who is even more fluent and knowledgeable in random sports facts and discussions than myself. If you want to know who led the NFL in yards per reception in 2002, Matt is your guy. If you’re looking for a winning bet recommendation for this evening however, maybe look elsewhere. You can find Matt and I on our basement couch every Sunday from 2pm-8pm all football season long, with makes Marina and Kenzie overjoyed.

She is light, she is love and truly the sunshine that brightens any room- my soulmate friend! One fun fact about her is she can rap the entire song "Only" by Drake, she is a girl of the 6 after all. She has a distinct ability to make those around her tap into their silly sides, and take life a little less seriously.

Chris has been a best friend of mine for nearly 30 years, and we have been through it all. He has served as a mini stick teammate, a roommate in both Ottawa and Halifax, and most recently, a double date partner for the first ever date I had with Marina. I’m glad that date worked out for at least one of us.

The epitome of a ride or die friend, Chloe has been by my side through every growing pain. A fun fact about her is she can bench press more than majority of the groomsmen, and can do 8 consecutive back hand springs (however, please refrain from asking her to do this intoxicated).

Ian has always been the most hyper, energetic, and loudest of our childhood friends, which partially why he was a great choice to MC our wedding. As a former university athlete, you can always count on him to give it 110% in recreational sports and games when everyone else is relaxed and mild mannered.

I knew she was going to be my best friend the moment I saw her during our frosh week at Dalhousie (and we will leave it at that). She is everyone's mom, making those she loves feel deeply cared for. A fun fact about her is she could out-cook just about anyone (aside from her partner, Cam).

I met cam on a double date 5 years ago through Marina and her bridesmaid, Kadie. I was reluctant to meet Cam at first because from what I heard he seemed very nerdy, and overly infatuated with Spider-Man and Star Wars- more than you’d expect from a grown man. Funny enough, Cam to this day still owns a full size adult Spider-Man costume. Anyways, I was right about everything but I have learned to tolerate his quirks and now here we are.

Also known as retired DJ Silent Ronald, who took everyone by storm with his sound cloud mixes through his university years. Outside of work, Clarks greatest accomplishment is serving as an ambassador for legalizing body contact in house league hockey, where he served many suspensions for destroying unknowing victims in the open ice.

The only person in my life that makes me feel tall, my sweet Samual. One fun fact about her is she is passionate about newts! Yes newts! But truly all animals - if there is a cat at a party, Sam will find them. She shows up for me at the drop of a hat, one of the most reliable friends anyone could wish for.

The voice of reason, and the calming presence amongst the group. We have ironically referred to Jordan as the Dad amongst us since high school, and now unsurprisingly is the lone father of the of the 8, despite us all being in our early thirties. Jordan will be relied upon heavily to keep the other groomsmen’s heads out of the toilet until at least the dinner is over.
