Is there a dress code?

Semi formal (bridesmaids will be wearing a light shade of blue)

What is the venue like?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors rain or shine, but ideally if the weather permits, we will be out on the grass with no tent. During cocktail hour feel free to mingle in and out of the lodge. Our reception will be in a beautiful clear top tent with a floor. We hope to have a bonfire at the end of the night and keep the party going if the weather is on our side. With all this being said, please dress and prepare accordingly.

What time should I arrive and is there parking?

Answer

Please arrive with plenty of time before the ceremony starts. Parking is onsite with free valet, but it is a short walk from there to the location of the ceremony.

Photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for our ceremony to be device free and have everyone present in the moment. However, we do have albums on a website called GuestCam that we would love for you to add photos and videos to from other moments outside of the ceremony itself.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We’d love for you to use this as an opportunity to have a night out on us. Our wedding will be an adult only event.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

YES! We will be providing a shuttle from Hotel Utica to our venue. The shuttles will leave hotel Utica at 3 and will have two returning times at 9 and 11.

We are registered both on Zola and Amazon if you graciously wish to get us a gift. We realize our weekend celebration is quite a destination for most people, so your presence is the best gift we can ask for!
