Can I Ride The Merry-Go-Round?

Yes! After the ceremony the Merry-Go-Round will be fully operational for the entire night. Hop on and pick your favorite animal. Get ready for a night of dancing and whimsy!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than 09.01.25 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by using the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend.

Do I Have To Pay for Parking?
Answer
The parking fee ends at 5pm. If you are stopped at the booth let the attendant know you are there for the Fiore/Marinaro wedding at the Carousel. If you arrive before 5pm the parking fee is $10.

Is there a shuttle?
Answer
Yes. Holiday Inn -- The shuttle will have two pickup times at the Holiday Inn for the Ceremony. A third pickup time will be available to late-comers, but does not guarantee Ceremony attendance. Shuttle service will resume in the evening after the reception. Hilton -- The shuttle will have a single pickup time at the Hilton before the ceremony and a cab will be provided at night for drop off. 4:45 Shuttle pick up at Hilton Garden 5:15 Shuttle pick up at Holiday Inn Drop off at Carousel 5:30 5:45 Shuttle pick up at Holiday Inn Drop off at Carousel 6:00pm The shuttle will continue to loop only to the Holiday Inn for late guests until final drop off at 7pm 10:00pm the shuttle will begin making loop trips from Bear Mountain to the Holiday Inn until its FINAL pickup at 12:00am 11:00pm Cab pickup to Hilton Garden Inn

What if I drove but I want to take the shuttle back?

You can leave your car parked over night and retrieve it the next morning.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 6 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 5:30 pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Where can I stay?
Answer
We have two hotel blocks at the Holiday Inn West Point-Fort Montgomery and the Hilton Garden Inn Nanuet. Please check the “Accommodations” tab above for booking information. If there is a difference in rates or there are no more rooms available at either hotel, please contact either the bride or groom and we’ll try to help resolve the issue. All unbooked rooms at the Holiday Inn and the Hilton will be released 09/25/25.

Take the night off and leave the kiddos at home! We’re excited to celebrate with all our family and friends as an adults only affair.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to venue limitations we cannot accommodate anyone outside of our guest list. If they are not named on the invitation they cannot attend.
