The wedding takes place Saturday, May 24th. We recommend you arrive at least the day prior, to ensure there won't be any unforeseen circumstances. The hotel has a 3 night stay minimum - Stay as long or as little as you choose. The Bride and Groom will be arriving May 22nd and departing May 29th.

The dress code for our Wedding is Beach Semi-Formal. Plan on dressing it up a bit, but we want you to be comfortable! LADIES: Recommend, light and flowy dresses or cocktail dresses (knee length and below). Please avoid white colors. GENTLEMEN: Recommend, summer or linen suit. While a jacket isn't required, a breathable sports coat or blazer is a fun addition! (tie is optional). Please avoid sandals, shorts, jeans, and polos. Need help? Since this is an international trip, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel days. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports normally take 4-6 weeks to process. We suggest applying a minimum of 3 months in advance as a precaution.

There are two hotels located on the resort where all wedding events will take place. All rooms are all-inclusive and have everything you need to have a great vacation. The room you choose is up to you! Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres: This hotel is for adults and kids. All guests staying at Grand Palladium will have access to the private beach, 3 pools including a kid's water park, 7 restaurants, and many bars. Grand Palladium guests will not have access to TRS Coral or Family Selection. Family Selection at Grand Palladium: Adults staying here will have access to TRS Coral and Grand Palladium. Family Selection offers special activities for kids to enjoy their day and extra services for parents to feel like they had a vacation too! TRS Coral Hotel: This is an adults-only hotel for guest who want a more exclusive experience. All guests staying at TRS Coral will have access to all amenities at Grand Palladium plus 5 restaurants, premium bars, private beach, and exclusive pool.
The Ceremony will be outdoors. However, we are bringing the cocktails and dancefloor indoors!
Yes! While the wedding day will be about us, the rest of your vacation should be about you having a good time! Your additional guest may book through our Travel Agents, however, we hope you understand they they will not be able to attend the Ceremony and Reception.
The room rate includes your accommodation PLUS unlimited food and drinks! (Yes, cocktails too!) Keep in mind, that there will be some optional add-ons items along the way, i.e. spa, bottle service, souvenirs.

Dollars are widely accepted, although you can bring Pesos too. Say no to the travel club. The resort has a sophisticated filtration system. Tap water is potable but it is recommended you drink bottled water in your rooms. All water and ice served in restaurants and bars is safe. A sales person will usually be giving discounts around the pool/resort so keep an eye out for discounted services! Check in is at 3pm and Check out is noon.
