All parts of the day will be happening at the same location, however there is a short outdoor gravel path between the ceremony, drinks reception and dinner. The ceremony will be indoors and drinks reception will be indoors/outdoors (with cover).
The most important thing is you're comfortable - we're not the fashion police! But since the lack of guidance can stress people out: we'll say smart casual/cocktail attire is a good guideline, but you're not beholden to it!
We kindly request no gifts. If you feel very strongly about giving a gift, feel free to donate to https://pancan.org/ instead to support pancreatic cancer research.
For those who like to know when food will be available: There will be some light bites available during the drinks reception post ceremony. For dinner there will be a vegetarian and non-vegetarian option at around 6pm. There will also be food available later in the night. Drinks will be available throughout the day, but it won't be an open bar so you'll need cash/card.
Unfortunately we can't accommodate everyone's kids. We had to make the decision that only children of folks travelling from overseas are invited to attend - sorry!
Feel free to take as many photos throughout the day as possible! However we'd kindly ask to put the phones/cameras away during the ceremony so Fiona doesn't get stage fright :)
