Question

Where do I park when I get to the hotel?

Answer

You want to park in the parking lot right across the Conference Center (this is where the reception will take place). You will drive pass the Hotel's entrance and go to the next canopy/drop off zone. Do not park in front of the Hotel's main entrance. Please use the map picture as a guide.

Is the wedding through the main entrance of the Hotel?

Answer

NO! The wedding reception is at the Conference Center, not the main Hotel entrance. See the image above as reference. If you walk through the Hotel's main entrance and find yourself in the Hotel's lobby, you will NOT be able to walk to the wedding from inside the hotel. You will have to exit the hotel and walk outside, in the horrible Florida heat. 3-5 min walk to the Conference Center, enough to get hot and sweaty. There will be signs outside to guide you as well, so you'll know where to enter.

Do I need to pay for parking?

Answer

Use the QR code given to you to receive complimentary parking. This QR code can be used for any guests or attendees. It works at all the Hotel's gates. The QR code will save you $35 when you leave, the security arm will lift up and you will be free to go home :)
