RSVP?

Answer

Please go to the RSVP page to let us know if you are coming or not! There are 3 RSVP events- for Bachelor/Bachelorette Party, Rehearsal Dinner & the Ceremony!

Question

What if I do not book by April 1? Can I still come?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved until April 1, after that we will release the rooms we have a hold on. If you change your mind and are able to book after April 1, please book the resort on your own; please just make sure you let us know and update your RSVP!

When should we fly in?

Answer

Recommended to fly in Tuesday August 18 if you plan to attend events prior to the wedding. Events do not start until Wednesday.

Airport to Hotel Transfer?

Answer

Airport transfers are included when you book through the group, please let the travel agent know your flight information so she can arrange it for you! If you book the hotel on your own you will have to set up your own transportation.

What extra costs will there be after flight and accommodation?

Answer

Catamaran and Bachelorette/Bachelor parties require you to cover the cost of yourself.

What is included in ALL INCLUSIVE?

Answer

EVERYTHING! Food and drinks at the resort come at no extra cost.

Wedding dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire. Men: Do not need ties or suit jackets. No shorts. Sandals are okay. Women: Dresses long or short are okay. Sandals are okay.

When should we fly out?

Sunday August 23, 2026 is recommended! This will give you enough time to enjoy the island as well spend time with the couple.

What if I stay at a different location?

Answer

If you stay at a different location you will have to pay a day pass fee to get into the hotel the day of the wedding. It is $130 per person for a day pass 11a-11p. You can use all amenities including food and drink. YOU MUST TELL AMANDA IF YOU ARE STAYING OFF RESORT BEFORE BOOKING! We strongly recommend staying at the Riu!

REGISTRY ZOLA OR AMAZON?

Answer

Both work great! To access our Amazon registry, Zola's website does not have it set up clearly, please click amazon on top of the registry page and it will bring you to a link at the bottom to find the Amazon registry. Can also search Amanda Finn or Joshua Hubiak on Amazon registry search and it will appear.
