Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!
Please RSVP by August 16th, 2026, as our vendors require a final guest count on this date. We kindly ask that you respond as soon as possible to help us plan our special day.
We're delighted to celebrate with our friends and family! While we adore children, our wedding will have limited child accommodations. Please carefully review your invitation to confirm whether your child is included. To help families plan, we'll be keeping the music family-friendly until 8 pm, after which the celebration will transition to an adult-oriented atmosphere.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party as drinks after the reception will not be covered.
We recommend arriving at the venue by 4:00 pm for our 4:30 pm ceremony in The Rose Garden at Ault Park. This will give you ample time to park, find the garden, and be comfortably seated before we begin. Please note: our ceremony starts precisely on time, so late arrivals may miss the processional!
Our ceremony will take place in the beautiful Rose Garden at Ault Park, with guests seated on chairs arranged on the grass. Since our wedding is in mid-October, the weather can be unpredictable. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for walking on grass and bringing a light jacket to stay warm during the cool fall evening. The reception will be held at the Ault Park Pavilion, located just behind the Rose Garden. The venue features semi-covered, lighted tenting and will be open to the outdoors, weather permitting. If needed, the pavilion will be enclosed and heated to ensure guest comfort.
Transportation for our wedding will not be formally arranged by us. For local guests, the venue offers ample free parking on-site. Guests traveling from out of town can easily access ride-sharing services in Cincinnati. If you're flying in, we recommend coordinating airport transportation with family or friends. We kindly ask that anyone enjoying alcoholic beverages arrange alternative transportation and prioritize safety. Our goal is for everyone to celebrate responsibly and arrive home comfortably.
Our reception venue, the Ault Park Pavilion, is wheelchair accessible. For guests with disability placards, we offer convenient parking directly adjacent to the reception area, accessible by driving up the back of the Pavilion. We want to ensure that all of our loved ones can comfortably join us in celebrating our special day.
