What is the date and time of the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on Friday, August 15th, 2025. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes early to get settled. If you're traveling west on I-80, please allow extra time for traffic, as Friday rush hour can be heavy. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted ceremony, late arrivals will be asked to wait until an appropriate moment to be seated.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There is free parking available in the lot behind the venue. Please follow the signs for designated parking areas.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding is formal attire, with black tie optional—so it’s your time to shine! Tuxedos or suits, and ties are perfect for men, while ladies can rock a floor-length gown, a cocktail dress, or a classy jumpsuit. Dress to impress, and let’s make it a night to remember!

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will specify if you have a plus one. If it is not included, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

While we love your children, our wedding will be strictly an adults-only event (18+). To keep the evening intimate and enjoyable for all guests, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. We hope this allows you to relax and enjoy a fun evening out! Thank you for understanding.

You can RSVP here on our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

Can I change my RSVP?
Answer
If you need to make changes to your RSVP, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us directly via our cell numbers or by emailing us at colleenandbrian.wedding@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but please note that changes may become difficult as we get closer to the big day. Thanks for keeping us updated!

Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at Courtyard by Marriott in Mount Arlington for both 8/14 and 8/15. Please see the "Travel" section for more details and how to book your room.

There’s no specific theme, but our venue has a vintage/Victorian feel. If you'd like some inspiration, feel free to browse photos of the venue to get a sense of the atmosphere!

Yes, and they are greatly appreciated! For more details or to make a cash gift online, please see the Registry section on our website. We will also have a card box at the venue for those who prefer to give in person. Thank you so much for your generosity!

No, you do not need to select your meal ahead of time. We will be serving a full sit-down dinner, and the menu will be provided at the reception. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will also be available.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that all guests refrain from using phones, cameras, or other devices during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment with us. Our professional photographers and videographers will be capturing everything, and we can’t wait to share those with you! After the ceremony, feel free to take and share as many pictures as you’d like. Thank you for respecting our wishes!

Yes! Feel free to share photos from the wedding on social media. We will also have a QR code at the venue to upload and access pictures in a shared album. We’d love to see all the memories you capture!
