The Important Information
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by the 25th of June so that we can give the final numbers to our vendors. Unfortunately, anyone who has not responded by June 25th will be marked as "not attending". We will miss your presence, but due to booking deadlines we cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage our loved ones to dress in their best! We'd love to see our guests in Black Tie, so for gentlemen that would be tuxedos and formal dinner suits, and for the ladies, full length dresses or gowns and your sparkliest jewellery! This is our Met Gala, so please dress accordingly. (Please refrain from wearing white or cream for obvious reasons!)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so please arrive no earlier than 3:15 and no later than 3:45 to ensure you have enough time to find parking and secure yourself a good seat in the church. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the ceremony after it begins, but may join us for the reception afterwards.

Question

What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Bride or Groom!

Question

What's the address of the venue?

Answer

St Mary's Catholic Church is located at 208 Dandenong Rd, St Kilda East VIC 3183. The reception will be held in the Parish Hall right next door.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

As we would like to keep our event for our nearest and dearest, we can only host those included on your invitation. If you have been allocated a plus-one, their name will appear on your invitation.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be child-free. Enjoy the night off!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask that you please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we have a professional photographer who will be snapping shots all night. Photography is welcome at the reception, but we ask that you refrain from posting photos to social media before we have the chance to ourselves.
