Flight
New York has three commercial airports: JFK and LaGuardia in New York City, and Newark in New Jersey. All are accessible (to a degree) by public transit - we recommend checking Google Maps to confirm travel to your accommodation prior to booking flights. From nearest to farthest to our venue, the airports are: LaGuardia, JFK, and Newark.
Train
Our venue and the hotels listed are all accessible by Subway. If arriving to NYC by train, the nearest station is Atlantic Terminal Barclays Center. Grand Central Station and Penn Station are both easily accessible from Brooklyn as well.
Hotel
We have arranged a room block at Ace Hotel Brooklyn (not to be confused with the Manhattan location). It is a short drive to the welcome reception, 20 minute drive to Saturday's venue, and short walk to Sunday brunch. The booking cutoff is Tuesday, August 18, 2026.

Across the street from Ace Hotel Brooklyn, EVEN is a short drive to the welcome reception, 20 minute drive to Saturday's venue, and short walk to Sunday brunch. Follow the link and you will find room options at a discounted rate. Additionally, the hotel is waiving the nightly amenity fee for room block guests. The booking cut-off is September 2nd, 2026.
Travel Note
There are many hotels near the hotels listed above - if you need additional options, we suggest you look in the following Brooklyn neighborhoods: Downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, DUMBO, and anything nearby. Long Island City (where our reception venue is) is an option as well, but there is more to enjoy in the neighborhoods listed above. Note that short term rentals such as Airbnb and VRBO have recently become very limited due to new laws in NYC, so you may have a hard time finding conveniently located options in Brooklyn. We're happy to give guidance on accommodation options as needed
