When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30, so we suggest getting to the hotel by 4:00pm to have enough time to find parking and make your way to the ballroom!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire (suit and tie, formal floor length dress). With that said, please feel like you can wear what you have and what you feel comfortable in!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you are given a +1 when RSVPing, you are more than welcome to bring a guest. Otherwise, due to space constraints, we ask that you do not (we'll make sure you're by friends).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your kids are on your RSVP, they are more than welcome to come. If you are breastfeeding, and would like your child there, reach out and we will have them added! Otherwise, we ask that you leave your kiddos at home!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is valet parking at Hotel Kansas City you can purchase for the night or for overnight when you arrive, or there is street parking. While there is plenty of parking around the hotel, you may want to consider taking a Lyft or Uber to avoid the potential of parking stress!
