Kaleb and Jamie met all the way back in seventh grade and have been inseparable since. All throughout middle school and high school they created a bond like none other. Their first date was a spontaneous idea decided by Kaleb, when he texted Jamie that he was outside waiting for her without any pre-warning. She had just finished a volleyball event at the high school and was not aware as to what was going on. He texted her that she was taking so long and was burning up his diesel (which he soon figured out is a normal thing for Jamie, sometimes). It was winter time around this time and on that day it was basically a snow storm. Not prepared for this adventure, it ended up being the best first date. Ever since then it has been a crazy adventure that has led to many core memories and so much more to come! As these two continue their lives together there will be many more spontaneous adventures to come and they are ready for it! They are so excited to see what God has planned for their lifetime together with him!

On our last day on vacation in Florida, we decided to go sunrise watching just to get one last glimpse until we go back. Jamie had her phone out taking a time-lapse of the sunrise to capture its beauty. Kaleb noticed it and questioned what she was doing, she told him that she was getting a video of the sunrise. As they were sitting there on the beach waiting for the sun to rise, Kaleb asks if Jamie wanted to go for a walk on the beach as they wait. She says of course so they walk down near the water. They sit back down on the towel and see the sunrise come, it was beautiful. Moments later Kaleb asks if Jamie wanted to walk one last time before they have to go. She says yes and once again they walk near the water taking in all the beauty surrounding them. As they were walking Kaleb starts pointing out weird things he notices that he sees. One thing was a man in the hotel window watching the sunrise and Jamie thought of iSpy and wanted to think of something so she turns away from him to spot something as she turns away from him. But then he says something of what he notices so I turn around to find him down on one knee with a ring in his hand. The ugly waterworks start to come down as she was in shock and did not see this coming at all. Of course, she said "YES"! Cause here we are! We cannot wait to celebrate with you all in May!!
