Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from Dockside from York Harbor Inn, Anchorage Inn, the Microtel, and the Stage Neck Inn.

Are there Ubers/other ride sharing services in the area?

I would not rely on this option when traveling within in the York area. If you do not stay at a hotel where the shuttles are going to/from Dockside, I would find your way to one of these hotels or drive to the venue. There is parking available at Dockside.

Yes - parking is available at the venue.
