Matron of Honor
Abby's big sister and role model. Alicia once beat up a sheep to protect her sister. Best qualities include sense of humor, creative eye and is a wonderful mom to Vivienne Louise.
Maid of Honor
Abby's oldest friend. They attended elementary, junior high, high school and college together. Following college, they moved to Denver and explored the Mile High City. Once, Laura and Abby made par at Applewood Golf Course...at least that's how the story is told. Laura is adventurous, smart and holds the record for breaking toes.
Bridesmaid
Abby's friend since math class in 7th grade. Abby and Emily are old souls and are hoping to live in the same retirement community some day. Together they enjoy cribbage dates, trips to Valley Fair, fast food and belly laughs.
Bridesmaid
Abby and Whitney met in college at the U of M. They lived together in a bat infested, retired sorority house senior year and loved every minute of it. Together they enjoy playing on a volleyball league, dreaming up the next concerts they'll attend and cheering on the Vikings (jk she is a Packer fan--which is her only flaw)
Bridesmaid
Fellow Stillwater Pony and Abby's friend since high school. Although they no longer live in the same state, distance cannot break this friendship. Drew has a heart of gold, a zest for life and hands down the best head of hair.
Bridesmaid
Abby's friend since dental hygiene school. Following college, moved to Colorado where they enjoyed hiking, skiing and camping their way through the Rockies. Katelyn is loyal, loved by many and has the best laugh you will ever hear.
Bridesmaid
Fellow dental hygienist. Once, nearly convinced Abby to have her wisdom teeth extracted by her instead of a licensed dentist. Both Ashley and Abby love to travel, play flip cup at WeFest and cheer on the Gophers. In public, they are often mistaken as twins.
Best Man
Brandon and I are old family friends. We re-kindled our friendship when we both started working at the Mankato Golf Club on the grounds crew. While it wasn’t quite Caddyshack, the years at the golf club were a ton of fun and we’ve stayed close since. From a road trip to some baseball stadiums, to an engagement in the mountains, to a Florida beach vacation, we’ve shared in many incredible times together and I am lucky to call him among my best friends.
Groomsman
Matt is my younger brother by 3 years. He was recently married and he and his wife Megan live in Mankato just a few doors down from where we grew up. He has been a wonderful part of my life and I am proud to call him my brother. I can always count on him for help because he is a master of fixing random things. He has a big heart and is always willing to go the extra mile. I am lucky to have him in my life.
Groomsman
John is the youngest of my two brothers. He too is a Johnnie, not just in name. John and I share a love of sports and the outdoors. He and his long-time girlfriend, Megan, traveled out to Colorado and we enjoyed a camping trip in the mountains. He now lives in St. Louis Park so we are fairly close to each other. Despite being six years apart we have a close relationship and I am very grateful for that.
Groomsman
Dustin and I met freshman year at Saint Johns. We both “played” on the offense for the SJU football team and lived in Mary Hall. We became roommates for 5 straight years through undergrad and graduate school. We’ve had so many fun times together all around the country. We’ve road tripped to football games, climbed mountains, and sang our hearts out at country concerts. Now that we are both living on the east side of the Twin Cities, we’ve found the perfect balance between sharing a room together and living across the country from each other.
Groomsman
Joey and I met at Saint Johns and became fast friends. He has the best attitude of anyone I know. Whatever Joey is doing, whether it’s being a dad, his daily biceps curls regimen, or playing drinking games, he does it to the MAX. We’ve been to more football games together than I can count and probably one to many WeFests (seriously, the last one didn’t go so well for me). If I want to do anything I know I can count on Joey to join and to make it more fun. He’s been a great person to have in my life.
Groomsman
Kevin and I became good friends on our study abroad trip to Ireland. He helped make my study abroad experience the most fun four months possible. We drank Guinness, traveled around Europe, and made some incredible memories. Since then, we’ve stayed great friends and have had some amazing weekends on the north shore and out in Colorado.

Justin and I met in dental school and quickly became friends. During our first year of school we spent a lot of time at the gym working on our bench press and racquetball skills. We bonded not only over our shared love of teeth, but also of Gopher sports. We both bleed maroon and gold. He and his wife, Katie, have been living in the Jacksonville area for the past 4 years and I am excited for them to move back to Minnesota so we can start spending more time together.
Usher
David and I met each other sometime in middle school and have spent countless hours together through the years, mostly centered around our love of sports. Our friendship has weathered the storm of him being a Tommie and me being a Johnnie. I just try to remember that although he is misguided with his college loyalties, deep down he is a good guy. He is always there to support those he cares about and I am glad to have him as a friend.

Matt and I go back to our time at Loyola. We also went to college together at Saint Johns and have shared countless amazing memories together. We bonded mostly over our shared failures in fantasy football. When he and I make a trade with each other there are no winners. Matt is a great guy who I am very lucky to have among my best friends.
