Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.
Shuttle pickup and drop-off will be in front of the Courtyard by Marriott. Guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn will need to cross the parking lot to access the shuttle. To help ensure everyone has a seat, please plan to take the first shuttle at 3:10 PM. A second shuttle will be available, but space is limited—if you miss it, you will need to arrange alternative transportation.
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.
Your attendance at our wedding is the greatest gift you could give us. If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can select something on our registry.
To make sure we start on time, we ask that our guest arrive 30 minutes early to the venue. If you are staying at one of the hotels with blocks, a shuttle service will be provided to assure guests arrive on time.

The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests are able to be accommodated.
We have tried to select a wide variety of foods during our cocktail hour so that everyone can enjoy. For dinner, we ask that you please note any specific dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
