Yes. The venue is at a public park with free parking, however we cannot guarantee there will be available parking. Please do not drink and drive.
Yes, but because Evergreen is small, Uber availability may be limited. We will be providing shuttles that will depart from our hotel, Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway, to the venue. We will also have shuttles transporting guests from the venue back to the hotel.
We will be having a stationed buffet. Please let us know on the RSVP if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. We will be having an open bar. No liquor can be served without a mixer. Please bring ID
We love your kids, however this will be an adult only celebration. Thank you for your understanding.
The shuttles from the hotel to the venue will begin at 4:15pm and end at 4:45 pm. If you are planning to take a shuttle, please be ready by 4:15 to ensure everyone can get to the venue on time. The shuttles will be available at the end of the night to bring guests to the after party and back to the hotel. The shuttles at the end of the night will begin at 9:55pm and the last shuttle depart at 12:00 am.
