What do I wear?

Be cute and dress smart for an outdoor ceremony. Follow the color scheme if you can, but don't stress! Think “Airy Sophistication” with neutrals and greens: Olive, sage, neutrals, rust. Additional notes: For an outdoor wedding, breathable fabric attire is key for staying comfortable. Here are some fabric suggestions that work well for such an event: Think comfort, elegance, and a relaxed yet refined atmosphere perfect for an outdoor wedding. 1. Linen – A classic choice for outdoor weddings, linen is lightweight, breathable, and perfect for warm climates. 2. Cotton – Soft and breathable, cotton offers a more casual look while keeping you cool. 3. Silk-Chiffon – For a touch of elegance, silk chiffon is lightweight, breathable, and flows beautifully in outdoor settings. 4. Can I bring a Plus 1?

Answer

Yes and no. The couple wants to make sure that everyone joining for their ceremony and wedding day activities know and have good intents for the couple. No randoms please. If Patrick or Finesse doesn’t know your plus 1, they cannot come to the ceremony or reception. If you feel your situation should be an exception, run it by the bride first! Also, no plus ones unless you’re booking a night at the host hotel!

When should I arrive?

Answer

You can arrive to Austin as early as you’d like. Some are coming in on Friday, 10/4. Keep in mind, it’s a pretty busy weekend for Austin. Like one of the busiest weekends of the year. If you book lodging closer to the chapel you’ll be away from the commotion of South Austin. Please book a room at the host and preferred hotel. There will be relaxing and fun things planned for Saturday. Early morning vows on Sunday, 10/6/2024, be there at 8:00am.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No kiddos at the ceremony or any events on Saturday. Layla will be there, so kids are not banned from the weekend! Be sure to just run it by the bride first!
