We will have a limited bar service open during and after dinner at our reception. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 40, it is this vendor's policy to card guests. This is just a polite reminder that you are responsible for yourself, and if you are asked to produce an ID and you cannot the bar staff may refuse to serve you during this event.
The event is set to start at 5PM, though there will be a grace period of 10-15 minutes to get everyone seated and in their places for the ceremony. You can arrive as early as 4:30PM, but we do not recommend you arrive earlier than that as our vendors will be setting up at 4PM and we do not want anyone in the way. If you cannot make it in time for the ceremony, you are still welcome to attend the reception! If we need you to arrive earlier, we will contact you personally.
Our catered dinner will be a 'contactless' buffet, meaning that you will be served by the staff manning each station in the buffet line. This is to keep everything more sanitary, and to make sure everyone spends as little time as possible waiting in line. Guests will be assigned to specific tables, and you will be able to find your assignment posted on a chart when you enter the venue. You do not need to make your meal choice beforehand, but if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies we do encourage you to reach out so that we can accommodate you.
The dress code is rather relaxed- we're just trying to avoid casual shoes/pants/shirts etc. Dressing more formal is absolutely allowed, as are 'daytime' clothes (as opposed to evening wear). Short dresses, sleeveless dresses, and nice two-piece sets or jumpsuits are all allowed. If you're unsure, please contact one of the brides and we can help get things sorted out.
