FAQs

Question

Details of the Ceremony

Answer

We are so thankful to have the opportunity for our outdoor ceremony to be led by a Catholic Priest, making it a Catholic Rite of Marriage. This beautiful celebration will not be a full Mass, but will include scripture readings, meaningful prayers, as well as a traditional devotion to the Blessed Mother, symbolizing our hope for her guidance and intercession in our marriage. We warmly invite guests of all faiths to join us, as we'd love for you to simply be present with us & participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you. Your love & support mean so much as we begin our life together!

Question

Attire

Answer

Semi-Formal with room for comfort We'd love for everyone to look put together, but comfort comes first- especially in the summer heat since the ceremony will be outdoors. Light dresses, button-downs, & clean, dressy denim are all welcome. We just ask that attire leans more elevated then casual to honor the occasion.

Question

Is the ceremony "unplugged"?

Answer

We want you to make & take in all the memories possible, but we do ask that after the first several minutes of the ceremony that you try to put your phones away. We really want everyone to be present in the moment & acknowledge everyone being together in the same place, creating once in a lifetime memories.

Question

Are plus ones & children allowed?

Answer

As much as we would love to include everyone & their kiddos, due to a limited budget & space available, only those named on the invitations will be joining us. We hope you understand this difficult decision & hope you still come to celebrate our special day with us!

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

To abide by our venue's rules, smoking of any kind is only permitted in the designated area by the parking lot. Ash cans are provided, PLEASE use them! As well as for the comfort of some of our guests & our own preferences, this also applies to smoking of ANY kind- vapes, pens, weed, etc. And if any tobacco products such as pouches or spit cups are being used, please make sure the remnants make their way to the trash cans! Thank you!
